Dam: Spinner's Dream Nina Roche (DF) Dam to Highland Chieftain. Incredible fineness even at seven years old
Sire: Accoyo Principe Dorato (LF) Great show record and now producing banner winning cria! |
Iron Man has unusually fine and dense fiber for any color much less medium brown.
He is a half brother to the spectacular 8x Champion Lancaster’s Highland Chieftain
via their dam Spinner’s Dream Nina Roche (a.k.a. Nina). Nina is a very fine fibered
dark fawn foundation female. His sire is the renowned Accoyo Principe Dorato. With
parents like these Iron Man was destined to be remarkable. See Iron Man’s pedigree
here.
Iron Man won a Color Championship at his first show (Best of the Midwest), and then took three more blues in the 2009 show season at the MAPACA Jubilee (largest show in the East Coast), the PAOBA Breeders Showcase and the Maryland Alpaca Celebration. With a tui fleece that was showing nine months wear and tear, Iron Man still placed second at the National Conference in the Composite class.
